Managed Services
We have measures in place to ensure that there are no interruptions in our Support Managed IT Solutions or Security Managed IT Solutions. Our monitoring and alerting tools are operating at normal levels and service tickets are being responded to by the iV4 Help Center.
Professional Services
We are committed to the delivery and timelines of our Consulting and Project engagements. Most of these engagements do not require face-to-face interactions. For any work that requires on-site delivery, iV4 will provide that service.
